Please note that financial means shall never be a barrier to joining Congregation Beth Israel (CBI). Any of the recommended amounts shown can be adjusted if they present a hardship, and requests for adjustments are granted without negotiation or documentation. You may indicate an adjusted amount below after choosing your category.

Security Contribution:
The purpose of this $250 contribution is to help cover the cost of security at CBI. As with CBI's long-standing policy with respect to dues, we ask each family to pay only the amount they determine they can afford to pay.

Building Fund Pledge:
According to CBI policy, each membership unit is expected to make a one-time contribution of $1800 to the Building Fund. This money is used to cover repairs and maintenance, and as a base for future property purchases. Members usually pay $360 per year over their five years. As with respect to dues, we ask each family to pay only the amount they determine they can afford to pay. Note: Out-of-Town Members and Student Members are exempt from the Building Fund Pledge.

We encourage you to make your payments by credit card or e-check via our secured payment gateway.

This will allow you to complete the processing of your membership now, and then mail in your check or arrange for your stock to be transferred. If you select stock, please contact the office for transfer instructions.

Completion of payment for this fiscal year is requested not later than 05/31/2026.
